The Yonkers Police Department said that Gillen Hines may appear disoriented and confused, and in need of medical attention after he was reported missing on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
Police said that Hines was last seen at 2 p.m. in the area of Central Park Avenue in Yonkers. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue plaid shorts.
According to police, Hines was driving a gray 2004 Saturn Ion sedan with the license plate NY-JMT4526. He may have crossed into New Jersey via the George Washington Bridge.
Hines is described as being 5-foot-8, weighing approximately 150 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
